How do I register for as a delegate for CCBN and how much does it cost?


Registration for CCBN 2012 is free of charge. This year we are conveniently offering online registration, so you must have an email address in order to register. Simply click here to begin the online registration process. After you complete the online registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Print up your confirmation and bring it to CCBN 2012. Once you register, you will receive a CCBN 2012 name badge that will ensure your access to all CCBN sites.

What if I did not receive an email confirmation of my registration or I have questions about registering?

If registration is free, will you still be checking identification at the door?

Yes, identification will be checked onsite. Both delegates and exhibitors must be prepared to show valid identification.

I would like to attend CCBN 2012 and I don¡¯t live in China. Do I need any documents from CCBN in order to get a Chinese Visa?

If you are traveling to China to attend CCBN 2012, you will need a Chinese Visa. CCBN can help you get the Visa by providing you with a Letter of Invitation. Please click here to fill your visa application form and fax it to the number indicated. Then, either by fax or mail, you will then receive the letter which you can use when you apply for a Visa at a Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

Is there a quick and easy way for me to reserve a hotel room in Beijing?

CCBN 2012 organizers have made it easy to arrange accommodation in Beijing. There are many hotels conveniently located very near to CIEC. Click here to link to our hotel page, where you can see a list of conveniently-located hotels and use our reservation form to get a hotel room.

How do I get exhibit space for CCBN?

Please click here to reserve your space. Exhibit space is currently being assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline to reserve space is Jan 31, 2012.
